We are an Auckland-based recruitment agency. We work most effectively in Auckland and the outer regions, like Hamilton and Rodney District etc., but can recruit in other regions on a project basis.

Protocol is 100% owned by Megan Wall who in 1990 recognised a growing need for IT-focused recruitment services. Since then, Megan has maintained hands-on involvement and Protocol has grown alongside the IT industry recruiting for some of New Zealand’s premier employers.

We are committed to the highest level of service for all of our clients and candidates. All our staff have successful backgrounds in the IT corporate business world and use their skills and contacts on our behalf.
